The room was immaculately clean, and it had coffee/tea makers, a seating area, and iron and ironing board that were useful. No reason to complain, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We had a really great stay in our huge and extremely spacious room with good amenities. Had hairdryers and terry cloth bathrobes in the bathroom.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

There were a refrigerator, a sitting area and a writing desk in my big room. The location was nice and marvellous for Plano, very close to the Legacy West shopping area and Gradscape, which are very entertaining places where family can spend nice evening hours together, Dallas and ball fields👍👌

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was outstanding - from the disinfected room and TV remote to the super-soft beds, everything was spotless. The spacious rooms and abundance of amenities, including a hair dryer, iron, and full fridge, made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, away from busy areas but close to ball fields. The staff were also polite and knowledgeable, providing great service throughout. this hotel offered excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, the rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with the blue Lysol seal on the door and TV remote, giving me peace of mind about cleanliness. Second, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. And finally, the location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of high traffic areas but still conveniently close to ball fields. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed Plano, the hotel was stunningly beautiful in the middle of jackson. It was a particularly good and marvellous location for us, close enough to the Legacy West shopping area and Gradscape and areas of high traffic and ball fields. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Quisenberry Lake.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
